The AP-50D cassette-type double-stud forming line produces steel base materials such as corner studs for residential building materials. In the pre-processing section (running pre-notch section), hole drilling and notch processing are performed before forming, and since the main forming machine is a cassette-type double line, the roll exchange for product cross-sections is completed in a short time using a cassette exchange method. Due to the double-line type, preparation for the next product cross-section can be done externally during production.
